It’s never easy saying goodbye to a horse you love. 🤍
They become so much more than a horse. They become your partner, your confidant, your teacher, and a piece of your heart.
You remember the first ride, the little moments no one else saw, the good days, the hard days, the milestones, and all the memories in between. Somehow, a horse can leave hoofprints not just in the arena, but permanently on your heart.
Sometimes loving them means knowing when it’s time to let go. And even when you know it’s the right thing, it doesn’t make saying goodbye hurt any less.
Goodbyes are hard because the love was real. 🐴🤍

The July Caledon Dressage was definitely an interesting one with the weather and smoke! But so well run yet again!
Unfortunately, since we lost a day and there were so many ride time changes I was only able to capture my private clients so I will not have a link to share. 😢
