Apparently I’ve never heard of picking a lane.
I’m a nurse.
A photographer.
A farmer’s wife.
A rodeo mom.
A chauffeur.
A horse holder.
A snack provider.
A finder of everyone’s missing s**t.
And once a month, I work at a clothing boutique… mostly to fund the shopping addiction I acquired from working at said clothing boutique. Very sustainable business model. 😂
Photography is another hat entirely.
Western photography has my whole heart — give me the horses, rodeos, dust, ranch life and all the beautifully imperfect moments in between.
BUT… I’m also pretty much up for anything.
Families? Yep.
Branding? Absolutely.
Maternity? Let’s go.
Events? Love it.
Something completely random you dreamed up at 11pm? Honestly, probably.
If there’s a camera involved and we’re going to have a good time, I’m in. 😂
Somewhere between nursing shifts, editing thousands of photos, hauling kids to rodeos, farm life, horses, boutique shifts, answering messages I definitely meant to reply to three days ago, and reheating the same coffee four times…
I occasionally remember that I am, in fact, a person.
I have approximately 47 tabs open in my brain, 12 unfinished projects, several questionable ideas in development, and an unreasonable amount of confidence that I can “just squeeze one more thing in.”
Could I simplify my life?
Absolutely.
But apparently chaos is one of my hobbies too.
