Well well well, if it isn’t me coming back to something I love and yet; have not looked at in a while. A lot of life has happened and I slowed down and honestly stopped even turning my camera on. I am not much of a social media guru and I lost my will to market myself here. And frankly with the state of the world, and all of the horrible atrocities that are happening around us simultaneously I have found it hard to care about social media for posting and talking about anything other than what’s happening when I have the emotional capacity, and it sometimes feels hard to think about anything else. To be honest, I’m pretty scared. However, I am trying to tap back into my creative brain to help ease some of the horrors that persist. So that I can remain present and engaged in doing my best, even in small ways to keep fighting for a world with more love to give than hate, and more equality and community than isolation and brutality of all kinds.

So here I am; trying

Between full time work and mental health, my passions have taken a back seat. I wish they hadn’t - and - sometimes that is just the way it goes.

There are so many things I want to talk about and acknowledge.
The direction of this page may change just slightly to invite more of my creative ideas than a rigid style of photography, it may include more my landscape and nature images and so it may contain more of my heart. However that may show up at the time.

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve been here and posting and the last few months have been a whirlwind of.. well, everything.

That said, I’d love to offer some really fun, super accessible sessions that are all about love. Things are pretty scary and heavy out there right now, and although I’m anti-capitalism, a small part of me has a soft spot for Valentine’s Day. I wanted to make these as accessible as I can, so that love can spread as far as possible. 🥹

First off, the morning of this shoot was absolutely perfect. Between the fog lifting off the water and trees, and the golden sunrise — it was easy to make everything look good. What made this even better, is that T+S genuinely bring out the brightness in each other. There was constant laughter and all smiles - and seeing them take some deep breaths together after dancing to a song of their choosing and letting the emotions flow through them, it left me feeling nothing but joy, for the human experience of connecting with others.
