If you're interested in creative and special images, my tip for timing your maternity photoshoot is to have your photos taken before you're 33rd week. Somewhere between 30-32 weeks is a nice balance between personal comfort and a beautiful baby bump.

'A Beautiful Wedding Adventure'

I love photographing weddings - but this one was special. The spectacularly beautiful bride in this photo said “I do” to my best friend of more than 25 years. As the photographer, I got to see both sides of the wedding preparations (bride and groom) and as a friend I got to share in all the joy and elation that made this day so phenomenal. I'm happy to say, www.danbcreative.com has been launched!

One year ago, I took a long look at the Daniel MW Buehler Photography Inc. brand. This page is all about my roots as a photographer, it’s about the moments that made me fall in love with photography. This brand is about love, joy, families, and the warm fuzzies we get when we spend time with the people we love.

As a photographer, I’ve expanded my creative horizons and started working in new genres. I went back to school and completed the Creative Photography diploma program at Humber College (with honours & the award of excellence – yup, I’m proud). I joined national and international professional imaging associations and began seeking professional accreditation for the bodies of work I am most interested in. I started entering image competitions – to gain insight from trained judges and masters of the photographic arts.

Over the past three years, the content I am creating has diversified and now it’s time for my branding to catch up. On that note, I would like to introduce the first of my new brands:

DanBCreative.com : Daniel Buehler, creative.

To say I am proud of this brand would be an understatement.

DanBCreative focuses on commercial photography. Most of the images are used to market a person, place, or product.

So what about Daniel MW Buehler Photography Inc.?

It’s business as usual, just without as many updates to social media. I still have another two brands in the works. And, this creative process, combined with my day-to-day photography work leaves me with less time to share my images than I’d like. But, that’s temporary… So stick around and see what happens.

Today I'd like to thank all of the astonishing women in my life:

My wife, my best friend, my other half - she's the strongest, most down to earth human I've ever met and I'm lucky to share my life with her. She is forever supporting, encouraging and uplifting me. And, all the while, she is an amazing role model for our daughters, an accomplished professional, and she still finds a way to treat herself with respect and to follow her own goals.

My girls - for teaching me what's really important in life and for making me want to live my life in a way that positively effects all those around me. Their potential is infinite. Their spirits are magic.

My Mom, for raising me to see every single person in the world as an equal. And also for showing me that anything is possible if you believe in yourself.

I wish for every girl, young lady, and woman to feel supported, free to make her own decisions, and to be completely unimpeded while pursuing her goals. Happy

I try to keep the content pretty consistent on this page, but a lot of what I create doesn't align with my 'Daniel MW Buehler Photography' brand. This piece is a great example of some of the other art I create.

I've been hunkered down for the last couple of months creating three new brands (portfolios, website, logos, marketing, social media identities, etc...). I'm pretty excited to get them up and running. It's been an incredibly exciting process, but it also means I haven't updated this page as often as I'd like.

Thanks for hanging around. I'll post some links to the new brands once they're up and running. It won't be long now, and then I'll be back to posting regular updates here.
