The now sold OSR 182 departs Putnam on their way to Ingersoll. This would be the last chase of the unit I would get before the MLW got sidelined and then sold to Sartigan in Montreal.

My First "Warbonnet"

Back in 2022, sitting in English class, I got told that a 234 was around the border with a "Fakebonnet", was leading it. Since I have always adored this paint scheme and the fact that one made it leading into Canada, I couldn't focus the rest of my class. Making it out right after school, 234 sits across the border waiting on CP 131, and then waiting for almost a whole hour. In this photo, 234 backs into Windsor yard to tie down. The engine would get picked up by a CP 131 the next day to return to sender

Something New For a Change

After hearing the Windsor yard power was going across the border in the last few months, I've made sure to turn on my scanner to see if anything was around. I then heard scanner chatter around 6 PM, I made sure to check out Walkerville since I knew no other trains were around. Turns out, 3016 was In fact hooked onto some intermodal cars. This was my first time ever seeing wells behind two GP38's!
Here 3016 is just about to enter the tunnel going to CPKC's Oak yard. Something I never thought I would see.

If you look closely on the far right, you can see just how much the old CASO has been overgrown in the last few years!
