Ensemble depuis 17 ans et parents d’une grande fille, il était temps pour eux de passer à l’étape suivante; officialiser leur relation par le mariage. En même temps, pour eux c’est une façon de faire vivre une belle expérience de vie à leur grande Coralie, elle qui se trouve d’ailleurs chanceuse d’avoir ses 2 parents encore ensemble.
Cette belle relation a commencé grâce à une amie d’Annick qui était par hasard également la voisine de François. Elle servit en quelque sorte d’entremetteuse entre nos 2 tourtereaux. Rapidement, Annick tomba sous le charme de l’humour de François. Comme elle le dit, il est le roi des niaiseries! Ensemble, et j’ai pu le constater samedi dernier, ils ont énormément de fous rires! Et pour couronner le tout, sa force de caractère et sa résilience l’inspirent énormément dans sa propre vie. Pour François, le regard, la douceur et les valeurs d’Annick ont été accrocheurs dès le début. Il y a 2 ans, la grande demande fut faite, au grand plaisir de notre mariée, qui a toujours voulu se marier.
Samedi dernier, le grand jour arriva finalement. La chaleur et les péripéties aussi! La plus notable fut sans contredit la limousine antique qui surchauffa sur le chemin vers l’église (disons qu’il faisait très chaud dehors!) et arriva en fumée à destination. Vous auriez dû voir le visage soulagé du chauffeur, d’être enfin arrivé à bon port! Heureusement, la compagnie a pu faire venir une autre limousine pour le retour à la salle de réception. Parlant de réception, celle-ci eut lieu au magnifique Château Vaudreuil, tout près du lac des Deux-Montagnes. Cocktail sur le bord de l’eau, animation parfaite par l’excellent Michel Légaré, invités impatients de chanter et danser pour faire s’embrasser nos mariés, piste de danse remplie toute la soirée, etc. Bref, je pense qu’on peut dire que la journée fut mémorable!
Merci à tous les fournisseurs ayant rendu cet événement un vrai succès, merci à Wiktor Pajor pour son aide durant la journée et merci à Annick & François de m’avoir fait confiance pour cette magnifique journée!

Together for 17 years and parents of a daughter, it was time for them to take the next step: formalize their relationship with marriage. At the same time, for them, it's a way to provide a wonderful life experience for their daughter, Coralie, who also feels lucky to still have both of her parents together.
This beautiful love relationship began thanks to a friend of Annick's who also happened to be François's neighbor. She served as a sort of matchmaker between our two lovebirds. Annick quickly fell under the spell of François's humor. As she says, he's the king of silliness! Together, and I witnessed this last Saturday, they have a lot of laughs! And to top it all off, his strength of character and resilience inspire her enormously in her own life. For François, Annick's gaze, gentleness, and values were captivating from the start. Two years ago, the big proposal was made, much to the delight of our bride, who had always wanted to get married.
Last Saturday, the big day finally arrived. The heat and the adventures too! The most notable was undoubtedly the antique limousine that overheated on the way to the church (let's just say it was very hot outside!) and arrived in smoke at its destination. You should have seen the driver's relieved face at finally arriving safely! Fortunately, the company was able to arrange another limousine for the return trip to the reception venue. Speaking of the reception, it took place at the magnificent Château Vaudreuil, right near Lac des Deux-Montagnes. Cocktail reception on the waterfront, perfect entertainment by the excellent Michel Légaré, guests eager to sing and dance to make our bride and groom kiss, the dance floor filled all evening, etc. In short, I think it's safe to say the day was memorable!
Thanks to all the suppliers who made this event a real success, thanks to Wiktor Pajor for his help during the day and a big thank you to Annick & François for putting their trust in me for this important day!
