The second challenge was "On The Side" where the aim was to directional light coming from the left or right.

Donna's words: Growing up, I dabbled in photography, with my father, also a photographer. As I was nearing retirement, after a 30-plus year in law enforcement I started taking night courses in photography with the goal of getting into pet photography.

Last week I had the honour to photograph Retired Canine PSD Frankie, for Ned's Wish.
PSD Frankie retired from the Toronto Police Dog Services where he served as a Cadaver Detection Canine. One of his last searches before retirement, PSD Frankie assisted in finding a missing person body, which did lead to an arrest.
Now in retirement, the Ball is Life. This very high energy Canine, managed to sit still for seconds at a time allowing me to capture some images.
