Confidence...its a funny thing.

The moment a woman knows who she is, stands tall in her worth, speaks with certainty, and stops shrinking herself to make others comfortable… she suddenly becomes “intimidating.”

I’ve been told this my entire life.
“Gill looks intimidating.”
“She seems hard to approach.”
“She’s probably mean.”

And yet almost every person who actually sits down and talks with me says the same thing after: “Wow… you’re actually so easy to talk to.”

Here’s the truth: Confidence is often mistaken for arrogance by people who are uncomfortable with their OWN voice.

Things have been pretty quiet over here in regards to business, however, I've been super busy coaching track and field and being back to work at the hospital. But don't worry, I am still very much open to taking bookings. There's still availability for June, July, and August if you're looking for something this summer. And even though our November Retreat is 50% sold out, that means there is still room for a few more.
