Are you counting yourself out before you even try? 🛑✨
I want to talk about something really close to my heart today. I know so many of you look at the images on this page, the gorgeous, radiant, fierce women.. 🥰😘😍 and your brain immediately starts finding reasons to block you from feeling that same magic.
You look at a photo and think:
“OMG, I could never do that. I don’t look like X, Y, or Z.” or “I could never book a session, I don’t have the money for something like that.”
These are the biggest blocks you can put on yourself. Because it's not just about a bo***ir session. Counting yourself out before you even give yourself a chance is a block that leaks into everyday life. It stops you from taking up space, chasing what you want, and believing you are worthy of beautiful experiences.
Hear me when I say this: You CAN do it. And you CAN afford it.
It all comes down to one beautiful word: Patience.
It depends on how patient you are with yourself. Patient with your own learning process, patient with the way your body moves and feels right now, and patient with me as I guide you through every single pose and part of the process. It’s about being patient with the emotions that naturally come up when you finally decide to see yourself through a lens of love.
Patience is a virtue when it comes to your wallet, too. If what you can comfortably invest in yourself is $65 to $70 every two weeks, that is what you can afford. There is zero shame in that. In fact, there is so much power in it.
Imagine how much sweeter it is going to feel knowing you stayed patient for 8 or 9 months, worked toward it, and did this incredible thing for yourself and only for yourself. You didn't count yourself out. You put your name on the list and said, "I am worth waiting for."
Stop putting up the blocks. You are worthy of the experience, the confidence, and the celebration of who you are today.
