Continuing our Hot and Fit throwbacks as we count down to the Inside Fitness Hot and Fit 100 deadline on December 7th, today we are highlighting 2015.

Another huge year for Arsenik. Back then we were constantly on the move, traveling all across Canada for shoots. Calgary, Saskatchewan, Winnipeg and more. It was a busy and unforgettable stretch in the Hot and Fit era.

Rolling into our next Hot & Fit throwback as we countdown to the Hot & Fit 100 deadline on December 7th — today we’re spotlighting 2014 all on its own.

2014 was a standout year for us. We shot the cover in the Cayman Islands with , which made for one of the most memorable Hot & Fit shoots we’ve ever done.

We’re giving 2014 its own feature because we were busy that year — with 37 of the 100 images in the issue shot by us. Definitely a milestone moment.

Continuing our throwback series as we count down to this year’s Hot & Fit 100 deadline on December 7th — today we’re highlighting 2012 & 2013.

2012 featured winner Laura Prestin, and 2013 crowned . Two iconic years, two incredible covers.

Taking a look back at past Hot & Fit issues, it’s amazing to see how the photography evolved as well. 2012 was the year we switched over to the camera system, and it shows in the detail and overall style of the images.

Throwback to October 2nd, 2009! 17 years ago when I was starting to get into the fitness industry I had the opportunity to work with many of the top fitness icons of that time! Fitness industry was definitely different with many of these shots appearing as covers or magazine features. Pretty sure at least one shot from this shoot ended up on a fitness magazine cover.

On a side note, I had not grey hair 😂 good times.

Still one of my favourite creative projects to date. Back then, before AI tools, concepts like this took 20–30 hours to build from scratch—lots of late nights and coffee runs.

Now, with today’s digital tools, what once took days can be brought to life in just hours. Crazy how fast the creative world has changed.

This particular design ended up as a two-page magazine spread for Dynamis Supplements in@Inside Fitness Magazine a proud moment seeing the final piece in print!
