Audition location: 201-1343 Lonsdale Avenue, North Vancouver

Filming locations: Port Coquitlam and Burnaby, BC

NOOMEE(actor) - male, 40-50’s. Senior Accountant. Noomee is deeply loved by those closest to him. He is a joyous ball of sunshine to his office best friends, Maureen and Sherman. Disowned by his parents for being gay, he came to North America to live with his Aunties, be accepted and in his middle age find himself. He is conservatively gay but has moments of being boisterously colourfully “out.”

MAUREEN(actor) - female, 40’s, Accountant. Jilted after a long-term relationship she carries shame from her family's disappointment. She has found it easier to stay in the background even though Vance, the office hottie, continually tries to flirt his way into her heart. Disgusted with men like Vance, Maureen has made fast office “friends” with Noomee and Sherman.

The pandemic has kept things quiet, we've been glued to the telly and in turn glued to our keyboards. Scurrying across the keys like frantic mice. The result is the 1st season of Blame The Accountant. Set to Film this August!

The DbG summer of writing has come to an end and our brains and fingers are numb. What an exciting summer it has been!
Julie got married and asked musicians we've had the privilege to create music videos for, to perform. What are they going to do, say no! It was a ridiculously, amazing night!
We've also been asked to create a cooking show pilot for Main Street's own, Chef Claire. We're excited for crafty on this one!
Upcoming news: a superhero themed web series and a Brothers Grimm based novel...stay tuned!

Driven by Gravity Productions Casting Notice (Friday, Dec 13th)

Driven by Gravity Productions is casting a female lead for an upcoming music video. Local folk music artist is filming a medley of 4 songs (short film style) to promote an upcoming 3rd album release. Role has no dialogue, as it is a music video, so please only apply if you have some good acting chops to convey our story line.

Role: wife of our musician
Physical description: Caucasian, medium to dark hair colour
Age Range : 30-35
Height : over 5.4
Please, let us know if you can make our casting call this Friday, December 13 2013 @ 12:00pm (noon) in Gastown (Vancouver). I will email you address details.

Payment: this is non-commission work, but you will be compensated with a copy of your footage, be provided a meal and have on set stills done by our photographer for your own use.

exciting "Triangle of Me" update:

-I have just completed our IMDb credits for cast and crew. It may take a bit to update so please be patient.

-We are on the verge of submitting for quite a few film festivals.(fingers crossed, the submission judges love our film as much as we do!)

-Actors: I have emailed you all an individual link with a clip(s) of your performance. Please feel free to use these clips in your demo package. Please do note that these clips are for demo reel purposes ONLY. Please do not post these clips as stand alone clips for public viewing. Thank you for your understanding.

To everyone tucked safety in bed and to those who are still partying it up....Thank you for coming our to the release party of "TRIANGLE of ME" a Driven by Gravity Productions (and co-production by TGK Films)! It was an amazing night of live music, ala Chris Ronald, a thought provoking speech by Ian Weir, and the release of our 1st film!
