Welcome to the official page of the Vessel Film & Photo Company!

My name is Jess and this is my partner Emma and our cats Beanie & Lewi! It is seriously SO AMAZING to have you join us as we venture into a brand new company with a new direction. We wanted to use this first post to briefly introduce ourselves, the new brand and what you can expect here at Vessel!

About US:
Emma is a full-time mental health Licensed Practical Nurse here in Calgary. She is the kindest, most compassionate and funny person you will ever meet. She spends time between nursing and assisting Jess on shoots! Jess is here at Vessel full-time, working as your photographer and filmmaker while also creating content for an online blog called Self-Care Sundays -which features posts on learning to love yourself while being a creative and passionate person. The first blog post will be dropping this SUNDAY!

About VESSEL:
The most important part of Vessel is that it exists simply to offer you a Photographic Reminder that you have intrinsic value simply because you are YOU. As human beings, we are all Vessels, and if we love ourselves we fill ourselves. When we fill ourselves with love and care we will automatically overflow onto everyone else. That’s what Vessel is all about; it's just our excuse to get you in a room, so we can hold up a mirror so you can see just how amazing you really are.
