I’ve been learning that caring for yourself is not always pretty or easy as how social media makes it look like. Sometimes, it looks like admitting you’ve been exhausted, overwhelmed, and not feeling like yourself for a while.
With health struggles, stress eating (I’m weighing 155 lbs) and working 7 days a week, creating healthy habits felt so hard to maintain. But this year, I wanted to do something that was truly for me… something that would help me feel stronger, lighter, and more connected to myself again.
With this, joining Reformed Pilates (Mission) has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself this 2026. It has given me a space to slow down, move with intention, and pour back into my body in a way that feels gentle but empowering. Every class feels different, the studio is beautiful, and the environment feels warm, supportive, and honestly motivating.
This self-care season, I’m reminding myself that healing does not have to be rushed and becoming your best self can start in quiet, intentional ways.
Sometimes, choosing yourself is the most beautiful form of care. 🫧
