Looking for Non-Union actors for an upcoming Parkinson Association of Alberta commercial/documentary. Everyone should be able to work as a Calgary/ Cochrane local (no travel fee).
We are looking for the following lead roles:
- Young Man/Woman: Late 30s to mid 40s. Open to both Genders. All Ethnicities. Healthy looking and able to play a sport, but must also be able to play as someone that has Parkinson's Disease.
- Parent/Older Man/ Woman: Late 60s to Mid 70s. Open to both Genders. All Ethnicities. Must be able to play as someone with Parkinson's Disease.
The actors must feel authentic as someone with Parkinson Disease. A Parkinson advisor will be on set to help the talent perform properly.
Solo submission or group submission (real dad/mom and real son/daughter) are welcome and encouraged.
This is a PAID project for a Non-Profit organization.
Shoot dates: Week of April 13th. Two days only (TBD)
