👋🏼 Hi there! I’m Gabi, the face behind this page!

I love adventuring around the globe, and meeting new people along the way…and I’d love to know more about you!

I’ll go first, with a few random facts about me:

1. I’m 100% a mountains girl. I appreciate the ocean, but given the choice between the two, you’ll always find me in a cozy cabin, overlooking incredible mountain views!

2. I can speak English, French, and .25 words in German…my next goal is to learn ASL so that I can translate for various organizations.

3. I’m a teacher by day, and an explorer always!

4. The best gift I’ve ever been given is an antique perfume bottle of my late grandmother’s, later gifted to me by my step-grandmother. I used to stare at that pretty bottle in my grandmother’s curio cabinet growing up, and never realized that anyone had noticed ❤️

5. I’m an ambivert - I LOVE socializing, but recharge best with just my cup of coffee and a good podcast.

6. My favorite coffee drink is called a winter solstice - it’s a combo of rosemary and honey, and tastes like the best smells of the forest.

7. My sister Abigail is my best friend; you’ll see her in every adventure I go on!
