means unposed, undirected, honest, storytelling photographs. This is the antithesis of trendy, filtered, and over-processed images: this is classic, timeless photographic art. I’m so excited to share this 🤍

I received 1st Place in the “Small Worlds” category at the NAPCP Inspired Print Competition & Gallery Event for my photograph “In Their Own Little Worlds.”

I also earned an Honourable Mention in the same category for “A World of Their Own Making.”

This was a live, in-person print competition in Atlanta, Georgia, judged by Kristen Montgomery, Karen Clouse, and W***y Wilson, who spent over five hours evaluating the exhibited prints. I was truly inspired by the extraordinary level of photography presented and wish I could have been there in person.

The photographs I submitted celebrate the wonder and magic of childhood, and it means so much to see that recognized.
