We are still living off our London vibes. It was such a full trip, but in the fullness we found moments of silence where we sat in gratitude and felt the warmth of the sun on our face. We are absolute creatures of habit and must absolutely visit Hampton Court Palace. Its claim to fame is that of Henry VIII. His life and that of his six wives are what people come for, but it’s not the only lives lived here.

However, for the modern romantic, if you go through the palace towards the river you will see my favourite part of the palace and scenes from everyone’s favourite show - Bridgerton.

If you’re in west London, take a little journey to Hampton Court Palace, the stories are abundant here, and the lives of people who’ve shaped history are here. I must admit, my favourite spot is the garden(s). In the summer, there is a spectacular water park for kids - The Magic Garden!

Last show of the season. She was sick, but still soldiered through and remained positive. It never matters how sick she is, if horses are involved, the sickness takes a backseat.

My biggest takeaway is how much she loves horses. One day she’ll have her own herd, but for now, we are so grateful others share theirs.

Thank you .equestrian for a lovely season. Already missing the warm summer days and those views. Thank you for sharing the horses with us. ❤️ She’s been enjoying this beauty these past few weeks, and am hopeful their partnership can continue. You’ve built a really beautiful barn community, we are grateful.

This sky was a marvel, this backdrop outrageously stunning. When I think of home, when I think of Alberta, this is it.

This one has so much gratitude for every moment she gets to spend with a horse. She’d spend the entire day at a barn mucking out stalls, cleaning tack, grooming the horses, and do it all with gratitude. Horses are magical, they fill your heart.

One of our favourite experiences in was getting the opportunity to at the most incredible - This organization run by volunteers and chef driven, creates meal kits for the vulnerable, the Kupuna’s (grandparents) of the island. So far, they have delivered 260, 000 meals. Everything is locally sourced, and the fruit and veggies delivered fresh from the farmers that morning.

If you have the capacity, you can volunteer or donate to this non-profit, and give back to these small islands which have welcomed you.
