it’s time show off our ‘brown butter roasted cauliflower’!

lately we have been showing off many new additions to the menu but it’s about time we show so love to the dishes that helped us become what we are today. this week, that’s the cauliflower.

lined with tahini crème fraîche, the brown butter roasted cauliflower is cooked beautifully with chopped dates, and garnished with fresh dill and parsley to keep things fresh. if you haven’t tried the cauliflower or needed another excuse to order it again, add it to your list of must haves during your dinner tonight!

Working with the team at Änkôr (pronounced ‘Encore’) is such an honour. Chef Danny and his team have an incredible eye for details. Other than capturing beautiful dishes, I also document what a restaurant feels like behind-the-scenes in the kitchen and the carefully crafted ambience. I love dining on the incredible patio surrounded by the Rockies at the Silvertip restaurants. ☀️ Rustica Steak House and Stoney’s Bar + Grill have menus you can’t miss . The lamb shank is my favourite! 🤤
