Fun fact: Jess and I actually went to high school together! But since she was a full IB program student (aka really, really smart), we didn’t have any classes together.

I was so excited when she reached out to me about photographing her wedding! And better yet, one of her bridesmaids Kywana also went to school with us. So I got to catch up and see both of them on the wedding day 🫶🏻

This job always has me feeling so lucky 🥹🩷

Absolutely OBSESSED with Jessica’s bouquet 😭🩷

Best part? Her aunt made it with flowers grown on her land. It was the biggest and most incredible bouquet I’ve ever seen.

We luckily experienced only a couple moments of light rain throughout Katelyn and Nelson’s wedding on Saturday.

Barrier Lake was windy af for this engagement session.

It meant we had to pivot when it came to where we shot so Vicky didn’t end up with her hair covering her face in every photo.

You really can’t fight the weather, you just have to roll with it.
