Hey Facebook Friends!

I am a Calgary-based photographer looking for couples to photograph for a Valentine's Day themed photoshoot. The shoot is free of charge, but participants must be comfortable with the photos being shared on social media.

Benefits:

1. Take home 4-5 professionally edited photos
2. Free of charge ($120-$300 value)

4. Make friends (and potentially gain new followers!)

Requirements:

1. Participants must be able to travel to NW Calgary for the photoshoot (transportation will not be provided)
2. Participants must be in a couple, and both partners must consent to being photographed and having the photos shared on social media
3. Preference for individuals 18+
4. Participants must be available for one 1-2 hour time slot between Jan 26 and Feb 9th 2026
5. Participants must credit the photographer when sharing the photos on social media

Welcome to my photography page!

My name is Christine O'Brien. I'm a Calgary based photographer and adventure enthusiast.

As an avid solo hiker and cyclist, I enjoy bringing my experiences home through storytelling and digital photography.

This year has been a whirlwind of life changes, from graduating with my Bachelors of Kin from the University of Calgary, to starting a marketing job in the outdoor industry.

Despite these changes, photography and storytelling has remained a passion of mine. So, I've decided to begin my journey as a professional photographer.

I have experience in digital marketing, communications and event photography. I have worked with local and global companies including Patagonia Calgary, Shell Global Solutions Inc, Cetac West and The University of Calgary.
