In September, I photographed Sofia Altisent during our trip to Greece. She's always dreamed of visiting since being enchanted by Greek mythology as a little girl. Now she is a psychologist and is currently writing a PhD on the healing potential of sharing narratives, self-compassion and connection between people from different cultures. She also studies and teaches mind-body practices such as yoga and meditation.

Thankful to have my editorial “The Stillness Between the Breeze” featured in MALVIE Magazine’s July 2025 issue.

Mara Boumpouli truly channeled Greek goddess energy in this shoot. And yes, she’s actually Greek! She’s not only stunning but also brilliant, holding a PhD in Biomedical Engineering.

We created this series at the Elbow River in Lindsay Park on a lovely, wind-swept afternoon.

We’ll set up a Zoom consultation to discuss about the shoot, your preferences, your hair, makeup and other things to prepare you for the photo session. I work with a makeup artist who can make you look your best. I’ll also give you a link to sample poses to help you practice at home, so you’ll be more confident on the day of the session. I can even help you select your outfits that will look most striking in the place of your choice, or I can suggest locations that will be most suited to your outfits.

Photoshoot at Vancouver Harbor with Amen -- a model, an artist and a gamer. "Being an artist gave me an outlet, being a gamer gave me my family, and being a model gave me the courage to be myself and feel beautiful. Through being all those things, I learned to love who I am. I had a lot to unlearn and grow from reaching adulthood. It’s why I hope to be that positive advocate that can influence and help someone love their own skin. It is hard but never impossible."

Personal branding photo session with Jan Antoni Gzella, a Polish pianist who came to Calgary through the Richard F. Matthews bursary to be in the Advanced Performance Program at Mount Royal University Conservatory to study with Professor Krzysztof Jabłoński. In 2019 he won the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra Concerto Competition.
