LET'S HANG OUT AND MAKE SOME MAGIC! I am known for leading with my heart first and foremost. It is the compass of my life and it has never failed me. I am open, genuine, honest and approachable. I want all my clients to feel like we have been friends forever. The core of what defines me; typical Gemini (always up for an adventure), kitchen dance parties (especially if we are talking choreographed

dance routines), singing loudly in my car (with the windows down of course) and a deep love for all animals (especially our cat, Sky). My two beautiful children and husband inspire me to be a better human and artist every day. Capturing emotive, creative and heartfelt images is what drives my work. I love to play in the light and shadow. They both have a very special place in my heart. Just like life, one can not exist without the other. Give me all the in-home sessions.

There is something so special about documenting a family in the place where their story unfolds every day. I am incredibly grateful that this family invited me into their home and trusted me to capture this season of their lives. Being welcomed into such an intimate space is something I never take for granted.

I couldn’t be happier with how these images turned out. They feel honest, connected, and full of the love that makes this family uniquely them. More than photographs, they are a snapshot of a moment in time, a chapter that will one day feel beautifully nostalgic.

These are the moments worth remembering. The ordinary days that, years from now, will mean everything.

Family sessions may feel a little chaotic in the moment… kids running wild, someone refusing to smile, and parents wondering if we got anything good.

But trust me, somewhere in between all the chaos is the magic. The belly laughs, the cuddles, the little looks you don’t even realize you’re giving each other. Those are always the moments that end up meaning the most.

Perfectly posed isn’t the goal. Real connection is. And somehow, we always capture it.

Nothing beats a classic family portrait.

The kind you hang on your walls for years. The one your kids will look back on someday and instantly remember this season of life.

Trends change, styles evolve, but a beautifully captured family portrait never really goes out of style. There’s something so special about freezing your family exactly as they are right now. Those little expressions, the way your kids fit into your arms and the connection between all of you.

My only wish for this year is more family sessions like this one. There’s something so special about using urban locations to help tell a family’s story. SAIT was such a fun place to shoot with so many layers and little moments woven into the background.

And this family holds such a special place in my heart. you have such a beautiful family. I’m always so honored when I get to capture these memories for you all.
