Some things I’ve been learning lately…

1. It doesn’t matter where you start or how you start. Just start.
2. Free courses or paid courses? I’ve gotten 3 certificates lately(with more to come) 2 were free and 1 was paid(still cheap and I mean CHEAP) Regardless, it doesn’t matter, learning is learning. Sure some paid courses may give the possibility of learning from a world renowned instructor but some of those free ones can be taught by someone with just as much talent or MORE! I’m learning and expanding my knowledge. Paid or not.
3. This one fits more for the specific field I’m learning. A camera is a camera, just practice and master your craft. I take pictures on 2 different cameras and my iPhone. It’s who’s behind the camera that matters! Some of my iPhone photos are better than some of my camera ones. Some of my camera photos are easier to edit. Sometimes none of my pictures come out how I want, doesn’t matter the device that captured it. But that’s okay, I’m learning!

And last but not least, WHO CARES WHAT PEOPLE THINK!! Your art is your art. Your talent is your talent. Your choices are your choices.

Someone doesn’t like the way you edit? Pfft.

Someone doesn’t like your photography style? Don’t look at it.

Someone doesn’t support your decision and goals? Sounds like a them problem.

The people who believe in you as a person no matter what you choose to do, are the ones you need around you.

All in all, you are your own person with your own goals, beliefs, talent, vision and creativity.

Keep being you and everything will fall into place✌️
