There’s something special about giving your wedding day a little more room to unfold.⁠
⁠
Chris and Makenna knew there were so many things they wanted to experience together that fitting everything into a day would have meant leaving some of them behind. ⁠
⁠
So they gave themselves two days instead, and that extra day made all the difference. They had time to go where they wanted to go, pause to take in what was in front of them, and be present for the moments they had dreamt about and waited for.⁠
⁠
The first day was about being surrounded by the people they love, with a beautiful lakeside ceremony in Banff. The second was just theirs: a hike in the snow, private vows, and a golden sunset to end two beautiful days of choosing each other.⁠

Two days. Definitely worth it.⁠

One of the things that really stood out in Helen and Vincent’s wedding was how they wove their traditions into their day with intention and purpose, making space for the things precious to them. Helen’s cultural attire and their jewelries beautifully represented the tradition they both shared, making them more than just wedding details. They brought that part of their story to life.

Haidyn and Jacob have known each other since they were kids, and their families have been connected long before they ever stood together at the altar. With Jacob’s father officiating their ceremony and their close family surrounding them, every part of the day felt deeply rooted and intimate. Fall showed up beautifully for Kaileigh and Ryley’s wedding. The leaves had turned golden, the air was cool, and the mountains felt a little calmer after the busy summer months. Their intimate fall wedding felt like the perfect excuse to slow down and soak it all in. No rushing from one thing to the next, just good company, and a whole lot of excitement for the life they were about to begin together.⁠

One of our favourite things about Elizabeth and Matt’s elopement was having their kids there for it all. The hugs, the laughs, the moments in between, the kind of things you can’t plan for but end up meaning so much. Their kids weren’t just guests watching from the sidelines.
