Wild Women Circles have landed in Canada.

How do I begin to share my deep and profound gratitude to Marsha for birthing this creation. When I saw her magick from across the seas - I knew I had to have a hand in sharing this medicine with the world. I felt it in my bones, pulsing in my blood.

I was late for my 🩸 and got it 2 days before this full moon circle ⭕️ . When all the women were gathered in one room, I went to the bathroom and slipped a hand down my hands to extract from my womb. I brushed my index finger between my brows and a placed her there.

Walking into the room I could see the women light up as they noticed and in that moment I knew I was meant to be here. Meant to share.

I felt so safe to take the lead only to find myself in partnership co creating this wonderland of our underworlds - dancing between the energies as our hearts beat as one.

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙙𝙤𝙚𝙨 𝙨𝙪𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪?

I hosted a call last night to support soulpreneurs who suffer with anxiety in business.

The responses to some of my questions moved me…especially when I asked about their fears around success and failure.

It reminded me of myself when I first started…

Afraid to show up
Scared to fully express myself
Anxious about the what ifs
Self sabotaging to get out of promises that I truthfully only made to myself

I asked “what if you don’t achieve this goal…what does that mean for you? How will that affect your life?”

You can imagine the responses…and if you can’t I’ll share what mine used to be to honour my dear participants.

If I don’t achieve my goals it used to mean…

I’m not worthy of love
No one likes me
No one could love me if I can’t even achieve my goals
No one believes in me
My life will have been a total waste
I’d be miserable
I won’t be happy until it happens
I’m useless
I’m not good at anything
I’ll be poor
I can’t live the life I want
Have to work for someone else

My relationship with success had to change in order for me to be where I am today.

The fastest route there was as a result of suffering from bouts of burnout. I had a choice to make as I saw so clearly that my body was giving out. The way I was doing life wasn’t sustainable. Self inflicted suffering all for the sake of “success.”

Now - success means…

Nourishing my body
Listening to my body
Getting to know myself more intimately
Anchoring in to what I know body is asking for
Fuelling her
Seeing her
Validating her
Moving her
Resting her

There is so much more here.
 Let it land.   Let it simmer.

What do you do for yourself when no one is watching?

I live my life…and run my business based on pleasuring myself when no one is watching.

Pleasure as in…
Keeping figs forever in the fridge ready for a photoshoot
Laying with my head off the bed basking in the sun when the afternoon light pierces through my bedroom
Long baths with a book and Spotify playlist “somewhere in Europe”
Mornings with gentle stretches and fresh fruit
Cold winter walks and frozen river dips
Laying with my lover eye gazing and slowly touching each others hands
Making art
Connecting with friends and family

I live my life far more than I work but it wasn’t always this way. Not because of the space and time I have now (though it helps) but it’s my mindset. It’s how I look at my life and the way I share my stories.

I do so many things that are entirely for myself when no one is watching. You all get to see such a tiny glimpse of my days, my experiences, my inner world.

I love pleasing others (out of choice) because I love pleasing myself.

What do you do when no one is watching. Just for you?

Filling your cup is so much about living your life as an artist. Experiences rooted in gratitude.
