2020 Music PEI Week
SOCAN Songwriter of the Year Concert at St. Paul’s Church.

Music PEI Week 2020 will be happening February 5th to 9th. The five-day festival will celebrate some of the best of Island music with shows featuring many of the 2020 Music PEI Award nominees and special guests.

Contact East is the Atlantic Presenters Association's hallmark event and Atlantic Canada's premiere performing arts booking conference. The conference brings together performing arts presenters and in-demand, tour-ready arts performers to showcase contemporary and classical music, dance, theatre, and youth-oriented programming.

If you are not in Georgetown PEI on the 2nd weekend of August you are definitely not in the right place! Cloggeroo - PEI's Folk Festival along the Brudenell River, always offers one of the best weekends of music anywhere! A huge THANKS to all the organizers and volunteers that make this festival happen, not to mention the incredible and diverse artists that perform there!

Here are some shots from the last few years of the PEI Jazz & Blues Festival. One of the fantastic PEI Events that I always look forward to and 2019 will be the 15th year that I have covered this event for The BUZZ!!

Of note is that this was the first event, the 2004 PEI J&B that I had photos published in The BUZZ and my photos have been used in every edition since then...thanks to all the fantastic musicians who continue to inspire me in my photography work!
