Happy Birthday! You’re the whole package, with this incredible way you stay positive even in the most stressful of situations and drive forward with your work ethic, yet still have time to be the most present and caring mother and wife. I’m convinced you’re aging backwards just to mess with me, because how else do you get more gorgeous every year? (Something you need to give yourself more credit for)

You are my best friend, my favourite person and my greatest love. I am endlessly grateful for your presence in my life, your unwavering support, your unconditional love, and for being my person in this fu**ed up world we live in.

Here’s to another trip around the sun with you, the woman who makes my heart do backflips (or maybe that’s the arrhythmia) and me a million times better. Love you more than coffee.

When you first told me how special was to you, I knew in an instant that we needed to get married on that day. Looking back at it, maybe not such a great timeline for trying to celebrate an anniversary. From building a bed for Aubrey hours after our wedding to squeaking in a quick lunch while going over to do lists, it’s always been a bit of a side note but, will forever be a great story. And the thing is, this is such a magical time of year and even if all we did was had our “mornings” together, I’m so happy our anniversary is a side note with you.

Huge shout out to and for taking the time two days before Christmas to come photograph these two bums.
