Take a breath for a moment. What does authenticity feel like for you?
What if you could allow yourself to exist without filters?

How would it feel to be given the space to simply be, without expectations, without performance, without the outside pressure to become something else?

So much of the world asks us to present a polished version of ourselves. A curated version. A version that fits.

But authenticity lives somewhere else entirely. It lives in the pauses, the breaths. It comes to life the moment we stop trying to control how we are perceived.

Today, on International Women’s Day, it feels especially important to celebrate the courage it takes to show up authentically in a world that often asks women to be smaller, quieter, or different than they are.

That’s why we designed our As I Am Sessions. These portrait sessions are for everyone, every age, every gender, because the freedom to exist without filters belongs to all of us.

These portraits are not about perfection. They are about presence. About showing up for ourselves. No makeup, no fancy hair, no photoshop, no styling. JUST YOU.

Christopher proposed to Ashley on January 1st in Old Quebec City. He had planned a little scavenger hunt with some of her favorites Christmas things. A stay at the Château Frontenac, the letters, her favorite book, the Charlie Brown ugly tree, a horse carriage ride. As they live in the States it took a bit of coordination, but in the end everything worked out perfectly. It was so full of love and meaning, and we loved every minute of it.

2025 has been another incredible year, and it’s all thanks to the couples, families, and clients who trusted us with their stories. This year was filled with meaningful moments and milestones, both personal and professional, and we are deeply grateful for it all.

While we’re not quite ready to share our full 2025 recap just yet (we still have a few projects to wrap up), we wanted to take a moment to simply say thank you. Thank you for your trust, your kindness, the genuine connections, and your continued support.

We have exciting plans and thoughtful updates in the works for 2026, all with the goal of making your experience with us even better. We can’t wait to continue documenting your stories and creating together.
