When in Prince Edward County, we make our rounds at the vineyards and stock up on our favorites. Gilbert Provost, who owns Redtail Vineyard, took the time to give us a tour and explain their process. Their winery is off grid, powered by a combination of solar and geothermal energy and they use organic viticulture practices in their vineyard. Good for the environment and good for the taste buds!
