There’s no magical “best time to post” that works for everyone 👀

A lot of those “post at 11:47am on Tuesdays” tips completely ignore one important thing… your audience.

Think about who follows you and what their day actually looks like:
✨ Are they working 9–5?
✨ Are they night owls scrolling in bed?
✨ Are they busy on Friday nights and weekends?
✨ Are they checking Instagram on lunch breaks?

Instagram does show when your followers are most active in your analytics, under your new follower insights. But don’t blindly follow it like it’s a guaranteed formula.

The biggest thing is to test things out and try different posting times. Pay attention to what performs well. And if something stops working… switch it up again 🔄

Feel like your content isn’t connecting? Check if it’s one of the usual suspects 🕵️

➖️ Are you chasing trends just to stay relevant 📈
➖️ Reposting the same idea in slightly different packaging
➖️ Speaking to everyone instead of your actual community
➖️ Stuck repeating one content pillar that’s long expired?

People can smell generic content a mile away now. They want content that actually feels like you, speaks directly to them, and gives them something useful (not just noise).

So if it’s not landing… it’s probably not your creativity, it’s your clarity. (And yes, it’s fixable ✨)

– consistent colour story (nothing feels random)⁠
– templates that actually repeat (not a new vibe every post)⁠
– clean, cohesive fonts⁠
– a mix of photo + graphic content⁠
– carousel styles you can reuse without overthinking⁠
⁠
This is what makes a feed feel put together without trying too hard. And⁠
if you’ve ever stared at your feed wondering why it feels off… this is probably it 🤓👆️
