Almost the same apocalyptic days 3 years ago when I first visited BC. Vancouver currently has the worse air quality in the world caused by Washington wildfires. I hope everyone out there in Washington, Oregon and California stay safe.

You ask how it feels to leave my loved ones back in Hungary. I can sum it up in a single photo that was taken over Greenland during the flight back to Vancouver. (Ok, it's not as straight forward as an all-blue picture would be, but more magical. )

I wish all parents perseverance with this very last family portrait shot just before we self quarantined. Know before you go completely nuts that it's not long before the wet pant leg, sand poured out of shoes and goose p**p all around the playground will be - once again - all the trouble you face.
