Candace Fast Photography I'm a photographer located in the beautiful Fraser Valley. I have a fabulous Husband and three spectacular children that are my world. Holidays are my THING ….

I love flannel jammies, a good cup of hot chocolate ( oh did I mention that I'm a chocoholic ) my Friends , Family and Jesus ….. which I really should have mentioned first because without Him all of this means nothing. before I'm home from one I'm planning the next. I have been a "photographer" my whole life…. My first SLR was a Pentax when i was 16 and I've never loved doing anything more then

capturing LIFE! I starting shooting professionally in my 20's but stopped after my 2nd daughter was born. Now that my kids are almost grown it's time to do what I'm called to …. I LOVE photography, meeting new people which in many cases have turned into friends, the creativity and learning … there is always something new to try. So in a nut shell that's just a bit about me … looking forward to the future.

If you asked me whether you should do a first look… my answer would be the same every single time: do it.

You get a quiet moment together before the whirlwind begins. The nerves settle, the emotions are real, and you actually get to soak each other in before everyone else does.

As a photographer, they’re some of my favorite moments to capture. As a human? I think every couple deserves one. 🤍

Taking a quick intermission from the Grad parade… don’t get too excited, I’ve got plenty more where those came from. 😏

But weddings have been feeling a little neglected around here.

The morning is one of my favorite parts of the day. The quiet before the celebration. Coffee, happy tears, nervous laughs, moms soaking it all in, and the little moments no one planned.

Those are the moments I live for.

When the FIFA police who are watching the border extra carefully show up and we are blocking the road ….. the guys asked nicely if they would turn on their lights for a fun photos or two but it must have been too early in the morning for these officers 🤣
