Sometimes selling isn’t the best decision.

We recently worked with a client who assumed selling was the logical next step. But once we reviewed the numbers, the picture changed.

Selling would have meant absorbing a loss in the current market.

Renting the property instead created positive monthly cash flow and allowed them to hold the asset until conditions improve.

So we chose patience.

Real estate decisions shouldn’t be emotional or rushed — they should be strategic.

Sometimes the smartest move is no move at all.

I'm planning a beginner-friendly workshop in downtown Chilliwack where you'll learn how to transfer your own photograph onto wood — a beautiful, handmade keepsake or gift idea! 🪵💖

🗓️ Details are still TBD, but I’m putting out feelers to see who’s interested before confirming everything.

Here’s what you need to know:
✔️ No experience needed — I’ll guide you through every step.
✔️ You’ll send me the photo (5x7) you want to use ahead of time so I can have it printed and ready.
