Chocolate has no interest in good behaviour. It smudges the knife, marks the plate and makes complete fiction of “one small slice.” Dark layers, wild marbled swirls—beautifully excessive and entirely unapologetic.

I meant to wait until I had edited the whole shoot for Doughgirls—I lasted five minutes.
