What a night! There are so many shots I've been chasing but this night was pure impromptu luck. After witnessing the most brilliant sunset, I saw a random post on Facebook that the sky was still lit up. I raced out in the middle of the night, headed north, and just took as many shots as my little, already full, memory card would let me.

I was so grateful to experience such a show, I very much missed seeing the northern lights.
