Yes, I mean ALL your prints, albums, negatives and slides and yes, I mean every photo on your phone! I am a certified professional photo manager, a member of The Photo Managers - a global community of photo organizers - yes, we do exist! They are a fantastic organization that provides a great deal of genius level support on questions that would cross most people's eyes. We have long discussions on
digital formats, the latest software programs, all sorts of photo-related products - and most importantly - the different methods available for preserving the memories and stories associated with precious photo collections. I am also an Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Lightroom Classic - the primary but certainly not the exclusive software I use to create scans and organize photos. Like most photo managers I use a whole array of tools to get the job done and I also spend a lot of time keeping up with new and updated programs as they come along. I use a 50MP Canon camera to scan photos at the highest resolution. As a lifelong photographer I also bring those skills to bear when creating scans from prints and other media. It's wonderful - really one of the best parts of this service - to be able to bring old slides and negatives to life. It's particularly gratifying when I can uncover and share precious images that my clients have never seen before. Equally as gratifying is having clients tell me what a joy it is to have their photos organized and the nagging worry of those prints and albums in the basement off their shoulders.
