In today’s day of ‘everyone can be a photographer’ by going down to their local Best Buy and picking up the latest affordable DSLR camera, I do feel I can offer my clients a wider variety of services that go beyond simple point-and-shoot photography. This may surprise some people, but photos coming directly off of a DSLR camera are not automatically in any shape to then turn over to a client. In a
ddition to taking photos, I am a full-fledged photo retoucher and digital editor. I’ve worked hard to hone my Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom skills to produce quality results for clients that will make them happy, while still holding myself to a high personal standard of workmanship.

Every client of Lynn Siemens Photography, paid or non-profit, has the right to print and distribute his or her photos provided by Lynn Siemens Photography. The creation of both digital and physical copies are permitted, for personal use only (family and friends). For use on social networking, paid and non-profit clients shall name Lynn Siemens Photography as the source of the image. Commercial use of any photo taken by Lynn Siemens Photography is prohibited without permission and remuneration. Advertising use of any photo taken by Lynn Siemens Photography is prohibited without permission and remuneration. In the case of a non-profit organization where photography has not been expressly commissioned for use by that organization or person(s), remuneration may be rendered with credit to the original photographer (Lynn Siemens Photography) as well as any organization who has commissioned the photography event. Pet Photography:
The use of pet photos taken by Lynn Siemens Photography shall never be used to advertise dogs or other pets for cash sale (falling under Commercial use, which is prohibited). The use of pet photos taken by Lynn Siemens Photography shall not be used to advertise dogs for adoption without written permission (email acceptable). This is to ensure no photo is used by a questionable or unvetted organization. Requesting Permission of Use

Lynn Siemens Photography retains the right to refuse permission of use to any organization or individual, for any reason. Editing:
Retouching or Editing of any photo created by Lynn Siemens Photography by a third party is prohibited. Retouching services can be provided by Lynn Siemens Photography, either a) as a paid service, or b) as a touch-up / correction service covered by a previous order or payment.
