Horse show photography in the Comox Valley

Planning ahead for the 2026 season 😁
My schedule is currently looking like:
NVIHA (April 11/12 and May 9/10)
CV Pony Club (June 6/7)
Arbutus Meadows (July 9-12)
CADORA (May 17, June 20/21, Aug 8/9)
I am also hoping to do at least two weeks of Tbird again this year (likely Western Family/West Coast Classic)
In addition, I will continue to try to be available for as many Comox Valley clinics as possible. Please reach out if you ever want clinic coverage as I usually schedule my clinic days around those who have signed up ahead of time.

NOTE- I will be at the Obstacle PlayDay fundraiser for Loni February 15th at Williams Beach for anyone who has asked me to come out. Let me know if anyone else wants photos 🙂

CADORA August Show photos are now all done and sent out (except for those who contacted me today). If anyone else would like their photos, please let me know before September as I'll be wiping my memory cards September 1st. Those of you waiting for Working Eq photos from the Jane Stone clinic should have them tomorrow 😁

Looking forward to the Courtenay CADORA show this weekend 😁 Reminder that I'll include video clips for anyone who signs up for photos before their ride times begin. I'll plan to get photos of all riders (unless you've asked to not be photographed), but videos take extra battery/storage so I'll save those for those who are on my list 🙂

Everyone should now have their Arbutus photos if they asked for them and I have their contact information😁 If I missed you, please let me know! We plan to hang onto any unpurchased images until August 8th and then I'll be wiping my memory cards in preparation for the show. So if you're wondering if and I have photos of you, now us the time to ask.

Photos are sorted and editing has begun! The first few galleries have been sent out and we're working hard to get them all out asap. Thank you to everyone who has ordered so far! And a huge thank you to Merren of for teaming up with me so that both rings were covered. Fun fact: Merren was a student of mine! Another fun fact, for those of you who don't know me: I'm a teacher! (That's probably obvious if you read Fun Fact #1🤣).

I hope set-up day at Arbutus Meadows SSITS went well today! Looking forward to seeing everyone there on Friday and Saturday 😁 I just realized that this will be my 9th year shooting Arbutus, originally as 2nd shooter for Amanda of Soul Touch Photography and more recently on my own - running between rings😅. Remember to let or I know if you'd like photos when we're there. We'll have both rings covered between us so you're guaranteed images if you sign up ahead of time. We'll shoot people not on our list as well, but will need shade and food breaks so can't guarantee we'll get everyone. will be there on Thursday, so you can connect with them as well 🙂
