At 4pm on april 17, 2021 HRFE and HRP responded to Roblea Dr in Dartmouth for a vehicle fire.

Fire crews were quick to contain and extinguish the fire. The fire department is thinking that the fire was intentionally set.

No injuries to report

The fire is under police investigation. And and is believed to be Arson.

there is no information at this time. But a update will be made when more information comes available.

Police investigating human remains in Dartmouth.

At approximately 10:30 a.m. On 3/12/21 police received a report of what was believed to be human remains in a wooded area near Elliott Street in Dartmouth. Police located the remains at that location and the Medical Examiner’s Office have confirmed them to be human.

Investigators from the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division are investigating and as the investigation is in the early stages no further information is available at this time.

Investigators are asking anyone with information in relation to the remains to call police at 902-490-5020. Anonymous tips can be sent to Crime Stoppers by calling toll-free 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), submitting a secure web tip at www.crimestoppers.ns.ca or via the P3 Tips App.
