Sometimes we need to loose ourselves a little. We need to be nudged off of a road we planned so carefully to follow into a little dirt trail very rarely travelled. You made notes on where to stop and estimated how long the pit stop would take. You made arrangements, plans and whole heartedly dedicated yourself to doing it…. Just as planned. But you needed a nudge. Maybe it was a flat tire, maybe you quit your career that you built from the ground up because something inside you felt tortured and you had to find out what it was. Maybe you decided that you weren’t someone’s door mat anymore and lit that relationship on fire.. Maybe the two amazing children you had all of a sudden and very surprisingly turned into 3! And after all that you made your way back to a better, more resilient and confident you. You’ve started to see the way that valuing yourself over what others think of you or say truly is what matters.

All of what is written above(everything but the flat tire) is me. Don’t be afraid when you’re thrown of course.. it just means something even better is in the works.

Ottawa Police Officer, Helen Grus is facing a charge of Discreditable Conduct for allegedly seeking links between Covid vaccine and deaths of children.

As part of the SACA (Sexual Assault Child Abuse) unit, their mandate is to investigate all sudden and unexpected child deaths of children under the age of five. These investigations are crucial and mandated by law.

Her upcoming, second appearance is September 15, 2022 at 1pm via Microsoft Teams. (See the link below in the comments)
