Family sessions with young kids are rarely quiet, perfectly posed, or predictable… and honestly? That’s kind of the magic of them.
This session with Jenny and her beautiful family was chaotic in the best way — golden sunset light, pink blooms, little moments unfolding faster than we could plan for, and kids being exactly who they’re meant to be.
When little ones are involved, posing usually gets thrown out the window pretty quickly. Instead, we roll with what we’re given. We follow their lead, focus on connection over perfection, stay present, and trust the process.
Because the perfectly imperfect moments? Those are almost always the ones you’ll want to remember most.
And somehow, it always works out.
