Today marks 100 days of my sobriety journey.

And honestly… the positive changes have been life-changing.

I wake up every morning genuinely proud of the woman I’m becoming. Showing up for myself, hitting goals I always knew I could reach, and slowly stepping into my full potential.

Being a musician, performing in bars and getting offered drinks at almost every show hasn’t made it easy. But every time I say no, I discover a strength in myself that I never knew was there. It’s empowering in a way I can’t fully describe.

I’m so grateful I chose to start this journey. If anyone out there is thinking about making the same change, just know: it’s worth it. The mental clarity, the healing, the small pure moments of joy; they’re rewards I wouldn’t trade for anything.

Grateful every single day for this life. 🖤
