A quiet, heartfelt in-home maternity session in Toronto for Karina and Terence as they wait for their first baby.

We always love documenting moments like these — calm, intimate, and real. The kind of photographs that will only become more meaningful with time.

It was especially special for us to photograph them again after capturing their anniversary session last year. Being able to document different chapters of a family’s story is one of the greatest honours of this work.

Last week we had the opportunity to photograph the 4th SickKids Fired-Up Gala in Toronto, and it was one of those events that truly reminds you why community matters.

The evening took place at The Ritz-Carlton Toronto and brought together supporters, donors, organizers, and members of the Toronto community who all share the same goal — supporting the incredible work of SickKids Hospital.

Throughout the night the atmosphere was both elegant and inspiring. The event included a vibrant runway show, live stage moments, speeches, and many emotional interactions between guests, organizers, and supporters. Events like this are not only beautiful gatherings but also important fundraising initiatives that help support medical research and care for children and families.

As photographers, our role during evenings like this is to document everything as naturally as possible. We focus on capturing the real moments — the emotions in the room, the conversations between guests, the energy of the runway, the atmosphere of the ballroom, and the many details that make an event feel alive.

From the first guests arriving, to the stage presentations and the final moments of the evening, our goal was to create a visual story of the night so that everyone who attended can remember it, and those who were not there can still feel the atmosphere through the images.

We’ve now finished editing the full gallery from the event.

Ironwood Cider House Wedding in Niagara-on-the-Lake: Alexandra & Pavel
Alexandra and Pavel’s wedding day at Ironwood Cider House in the Niagara region was calm, emotional, and beautifully intentional. They started the morning at Toad Hall Cottages, getting ready together in a cozy space filled with soft light and quiet anticipation. Their first look was one of the most heartfelt moments of the day—simple, private, and completely real, giving them a few minutes to be fully present before everything began.
The ceremony took place outdoors in the orchard, surrounded by family and friends who travelled from different corners of the world to celebrate with them. The atmosphere felt warm and genuine, with so much love in the air. After the ceremony, we took portraits on the property as the light shifted toward sunset. Niagara has a way of feeling like a destination, and that evening glow—long shadows, vineyard views, open sky—made the whole day feel almost like Tuscany, while still being close to home.
Reception at Ironwood Cider House was everything a wedding celebration should be: great food, kind speeches, tight hugs, laughter, and a room full of people who truly care. As a Toronto wedding photographer and Niagara wedding photographer team, we love days like this—timeless, cinematic, and focused on real connection.

Alicia & Blaine Wedding Photos

Alicia and Blaine’s wedding on October 25, 2025 was intimate, emotional, and filled with real family warmth. The day began at Alicia’s family home, where they got ready surrounded by their closest people and three excited furry babies who brought so much energy to the morning. They shared a heartfelt first look and a relaxed couples photoshoot in a nearby park. Even though it was late October, the weather was unseasonably warm and sunny, with rich fall colors everywhere, creating a timeless backdrop for their portraits.
The ceremony took place at Orchid Event Venue, where the atmosphere felt calm, elegant, and deeply personal. Later, everyone gathered at Sam’s Ristorante for a reception that felt like a big family dinner — full of laughter, happy tears, and meaningful hugs. As a Toronto Wedding Photographer team, we loved capturing the honest moments, natural connections, and the kind of celebration that doesn’t need to be staged to feel cinematic.
