And really sit in the moment you’re in and look back at your growth.
A bit of a throwback but still a good one. This was one of the first weddings I shot that I really started to see myself growing. It’s always nice to go back see where you’re coming from to really appreciate the journey. ✨🖤🤍✨

When you have you’re portraits after your ceremony, make sure to bring your maid of honour! Having someone to hold your bouquets 💐 and your you’re new husband’s sunglasses 😎 is super helpful. Plus! Having them there to help with vail shots is awesome too ✨👰.

This wedding was so dreamy ✨. Something I really enjoyed was when the officiant took a moment and let the couple stop and take in their environment.
All too often are we running on autopilot, and on a busy day like your wedding, it’s easy to be swept away into all the events happening during the day. This really resonated with me and I hope everyone today has a moment to do the same.
Stop. Take in your surroundings. And reflect on everything.

Hey! Bride and Groom! Yeah you! Listen up.
Picture it. Your ceremony went so well and you and your new spouse just finished up photos with the Photographer. You’re all excited but you’re about to go into the grand entrance of the reception. Please! Please! Make sure you scheduled in some extra time. Give you and your spouse 15 - 20 minutes to relax and celebrate privately!

Thought I’d put out there a bit of whimsicality on a cloudy day here in Vancouver.
Love it when we book in sometime for details like rings, shoes and invitation shots. The details matter! ❤️💍
In summery; when you’re booking your photographer for bridal prep, ask about how much time is necessary for details as well as getting ready candids, mom and dad’s first look, PJ photos with the bride’s maids, etc! These things are going to be so much fun. What else is your wedding day about other than making amazing memories with friends and family to celebrate YOUR LOVE! ❤️ xox sending love!

Happy anniversary to this beautiful couple! Caitlyn and Liam, my heart goes out to you for such a beautiful first year of marriage and so many more to come. I’ve had the pleasure of watching your year unfold online from trips to concerts. Seeing you folks so happy reminds me why I do what I do. Next time I’m in Ottawa, we need to grab a drink.

Happy birthday Lindsay!
I had the pleasure to shoot her family portraits a few years back after not seeing each other for over 10 years. Highschool shananagans are only memories now. That being said, Adulting looks good on you 🥰
