The dedication of this group is next level! From their kits to their acting, these folks created a world of their own like none other. Thank you to the crew for letting me witness your craft!

If you’ve ever thought about trying out LARPing, this group is extremely welcoming and I cannot recommend it enough! Definitely check them out!

Is there anything better than laughing with friends?

I had the chance to photograph some good friends of mine, and it was so much fun! They were up for my sometimes weird prompts, and you can genuinely see their love in every picture.

I wanted to share these specifically from the shoot as they just make me happy! Seeing people laugh makes me want to join in! It was such a fun shoot!

I love photographing birds. There is something about their expressions that just make them the perfect subject. I’m all about capturing beauty anywhere I can, and nature has so much of it. It’s so much fun!

Try-it-out Thursday: Headshots 📸

Headshots and Studio-Style Portrait Photography is still a new world for me! It’s fun to experiment and try out different lighting techniques and editing styles. More practice can always be useful, but I do love how these turned out. Thank you to the beautiful for being my test model! 🥰

Today I wanted to share something I worked on for a while! One of my hobbies is graphic design, and I love playing around with drawings, words, and layouts to make something wonderful!

As I decided to get more into photography, I knew I had to have some kind of branding. This is what I came up with after weeks of playing around on procreate. Let me know what you think below, and see you shortly with some more photos! 📷

: Nothing Like ‘Em 🏔

I have to say, I’ve travelled all across North America and nothing compares to the Rocky Mountains! Today, we’re throwing it back to last summer in Banff.

If you haven’t been, it’s definitely a bucket list place to travel. I haven’t always appreciated our mountains living in Alberta, but they are some kind of amazing!

: Norwegian Wandering 🇳🇴

Throughout the past couple of years, something I have missed the most is travel. Getting to explore a new area and culture allows me to learn more about myself and the world. There is so much of the world left to explore, so for today’s , I wanted to share some photos from my trip to Norway in 2014. It was a beautiful trip and I hope someday I’ll get the chance to visit again. So much world, so little time! 😂

This weekend I had the opportunity to photograph the faction leaders of Miràdawn. Dark Ascension LARP is a local LARPing group that is bringing medieval fantasy adventures to Edmonton residents!

It was a lot of fun getting to know the leaders better, learn more about LARPing, and try out some more photography ideas.

If you’re interested in trying LARP, this is a great group of folks to work with and start your voyage into the LARP world. They are extremely welcoming and passionate about what they do, so I’m sure you’ll have a blast! ⚔️
