Road tripping through Jasper National Park!

From the mirror reflections at Pyramid Lake to the clear waters of Annette and Edith Lakes, every stop is a postcard. Finishing the day driving down Highway 16 with the Canadian Rockies towering right in front of us. Jasper never clears your mind, it just fills it with wonder.

Just a casual roadside lunch date in Jasper National Park 🏔️🐻

There is nothing quite like driving through the Canadian Rockies and spotting one of these beautiful black bears peacefully grazing on the spring grass. This healthy local was completely unfazed by the passing cars, just living its best life in the heart of Alberta.

Crescent Falls has frozen solid under the weight of a harsh Alberta winter. What was once a rushing waterfall is now a massive wall of jagged ice clinging to the canyon’s rocky ledges. The night sky over Elk Island burns with a ghostly green fire, casting a strange light across the frozen world below. Above the jagged line of dark pine trees, the Northern Lights dance like ribbons of silk caught in a cosmic breeze, shimmering against a blanket of endless stars. Below, the lake sits trapped in a skin of white ice, cold and silent.

Although it is not in the frame, a thin waxing crescent moon—only about 17% lit—hangs nearby, sending a pale, silver glow that softly touches the snow and makes the ice sparkle in the dark. It is a moment of deep magic, where the earth holds its breath and the heavens whisper in colours of emerald and lime.
