Hello Edmonton!
Here we go again! We are looking for experienced Nailers/ Shinglers/ Roofers!
WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:
💥 Friendly work environment, our philosophy is being friends more than coworkers. We play music, have fun and respect each other.
💥 Full time positions. As known Roofing has its strong season when is warm, so we take this advantage and we work long hours, so we all can get some good income. And as it gets cold in winter we offer you work renovating interiors or help if EI is needed.
💥 High wages, we understand everybody works to earn money, so we take it very serious, we have a strong commitment with our people. No matter what, your salary will be paid every week. Now, paid is based on skills and experience.
💥 We reward your work, every pay cheque you will receive 6% extra pay for vacations.
💥 We pay through payroll.
💥 Schedule is Monday to Friday and occasionally Saturdays, but not mandatory.
💥 We offer you exceptional team work. You will never feel push down, discriminated, or left behind. Even though we could have different tasks we are only one team!
💥 Safety comes first, you will never be asked to do risky targets, work without safety, or without the right equipment.
💥 And the most important, don't forget the pizza Friday! Every Friday we get together at break time and we share together, so we get to know each other better.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
😎 At the moment we are searching only for nailers/ shinglers/Roofers, sorry not labours needed for now.
😎 We preferentially ask you to have your own vehicle, since job sites would vary every day all over the city. However, we have a person who can drive you back and forth for a reasonable fee.
😎 Remember to bring your own tools (gloves, gun, tool belt, hammer, cutter, snips, hose, harness)
😎 Without exceptions work starts at 8:00 a.m.
😎 As part of the team we ask you to follow the instructions, so we all can work proficiently.
😎 No drugs are allowed, roofing is a high risk career. We need to use our five senses.
😎 We need proactive workers, keep the production up, not confusing friendly with irresponsible.
😎 Left personal problems at home, at work we need to be in good mood, to keep the nice environment at all times.
😎 Be always a nice person to be treated the same way.
