After a challenging few months, and sadly leaving Vancouver Island, I’m now calling Edmonton home. The saving grace in leaving the island is that I’m a mere few hours from the Rockies 🏔️

LOOKING FOR IDEAS!!

I’m currently calling Vancouver island my home…. And with my downtime I’m often out roaming the backcountry with my pup. I have a capable vehicle and logging roads don’t scare me off… searching for beautiful photo opportunities… toss out your ideas! And go!

It’s moments like this, that make hiking through the wet muddy forest in the dark with a backpack full of camera gear, a headlamp with little battery left and your furry friend priceless.

Just another example of how things never go as planned… I went to shoot the waterfall, but it came out mediocre at best….but this turned out far more interesting.
