Covid 19 has been hard on everyone. Now is the time to lean into self care in new ways. My good friend Pam Willerton of The Soul's Evolution is a reiki master and practitioner. What is reiki? It is healing through the movement of energy. Pam is very intuitive and skilled at healing the mind and body to clear any negative energy or blocks. Remember when yearly family photos were a thing? Everyone got into their matching 90s florals and denim and headed out to the Sears Portrait studio. Somewhere along the line we lost that because the number 1 thing I hear from clients is that they “haven’t done family photos in forever”. Em and Josh were TOO cute. We spent the afternoon in their lovely new apartment, enjoyed the view, some wine and dorking it out to the max. Then we headed to Kinsmen Sports Centre to take some pics of them playing badminton, something they love to do as a couple. We all had a blast and we laughed just as much as we took photos.
