Memories may be fragile, but our emotions will always remember.

Pulling yourself out of a dark place is no easy feat

Seemingly endless days of convincing yourself you can get out of bed, or the inability to reach out to friends or show your face

So remember the good days when you used to go to the water park as a kid, or you had your first kiss, or taking long drives down the prairie roads

Remember the good days, because the bad days are numbered
